What Information We May Share and Why

Companies may include credit bureaus, banks, auditors and anyone else who may help in the completion of your on-line doctor referral request or credit application. Information may also be given to your doctor's office to expedite or confirm the status of your loan, surgery or consulation.

L.C., LLC will never share your information with any company not directly involved with assisting you with your request. By submitting a credit application or a doctor referral form you understand that you will be contacted by us or an outside company to help you with your request. Contact methods may include: email, mail, telephone or via fax.
