If you need a referral, please indicate so on the application and we will refer you to a board certified doctor near you. If your application is approved, you will receive an email with a link to your application, which will provide you with all of the necessary documents to complete and upload to our dashboard portal. If your application is declined, the next step would be to re-apply with a co-signer with a good credit standing. Patients with limited credit or derogatory history may get their loan approved with a qualified co-signer.
